Introduction
Welcome to Home.ar. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services. "You" or "your" refers to the Customer, while "we," "us," or "our" refers to home.ar.
Services Provided
home.ar offers relocation services designed to assist individuals and families in moving to and settling in Buenos Aires. Our services include, but are not limited to, home search assistance, settling-in services, and ongoing support.
Quotation and Pricing
- Quotation Validity: Our quotation, unless otherwise stated, excludes customs duties, inspections, or any other government fees. We may adjust the price if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as currency fluctuations or additional services requested.
- Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services conducted on weekends or public holidays, unforeseen delays, or if extra services are needed.
Booking and Consultation
Clients can schedule an initial virtual consultation via our online booking system. Please refer to our Booking an Initial Virtual Consultation Policy for further details on scheduling, confirmation, and cancellation.
Client Responsibilities
- Documentation and Permits: It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary documents, permits, and licenses required for the relocation process.
- Contact Information: You must provide a valid contact address for communication purposes.
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Payment must be made in advance through cleared funds unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments will incur interest charges at 4% per annum above the prevailing base rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Charges: If you need to postpone or cancel the agreement, charges will apply based on the notice period provided. No charges apply if cancellation occurs more than 10 working days before the scheduled service. Charge of 60% apply for cancellations within 5 working days and charge of 100% within 4 working days until the scheduled service.
Limitation of Liability
Home.ar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved, either party may refer the matter to arbitration. The costs will be at the discretion of the arbitrator, and this does not affect your right to pursue court proceedings.
Sub-contracting
- Right to Sub-contract: We reserve the right to sub-contract some or all of the work, and these terms will still apply to any sub-contracted work.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Home.ar website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Home.ar and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users.
Applicable Law
This contract is governed by the laws of Buenos Aires, Argentina where our company office is located.
Changes to Terms
home.ar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
