Booking an Initial Virtual Consultation Policy

​Clients are invited to schedule their initial virtual consultation by selecting a preferred date and time from the available options on our online calendar. Please note that bookings are only officially confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from our team.

Each virtual consultation is designed to last 30 minutes, providing an opportunity to discuss your needs and explore how our services can best support you.

For cancellations or rescheduling, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This notice allows us to offer the slot to others in need of our services.
